Information Management

Our successful state fund administration is due in large part to our claims management software which was designed in-house to help provide many of our services. Information services available include: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-line access to CCI system; by request, annual report verifying adjusted annual merit rate, lost-time claim history, and analysis of experience; by request or at set intervals, reports summarizing all claims activity and program results on hard copy or disk.

Underwriting and Rating Services

Our underwriting and rating analysts have the tools and expertise to evaluate your account on an ongoing basis in order to:

• Review continuously for potential cost saving measures, such as analysis for group rating, self insurance, or retrospective rating.
• Ensure proper manual classification has been assigned by the BWC.
• Record and audit your Merit Rating Experience within the last two rating periods.
• Intercede on your behalf with the BWC to correct annual rates, classification assignments and errors in payroll reporting.

Claims Administration

The day-to-day management of your account is coordinated by our highly experienced claims administrators who thoroughly evaluate your claims to control costs for your organization. Our review of handicap reimbursements, settlements, light duty programs, rehabilitation services, wage continuation and vocational rehabilitation can significantly lower your claims costs.
